3.1 Service Overview

RevBot AI provides AI Receptionist services, which provide businesses with a fully configured AI-powered receptionist capable of answering calls, booking appointments, handling FAQs, and automating follow-up via SMS/email.

This includes:

• Setup of custom AI Receptionist

• Voice & logic configuration based on your business

• CRM and workflow automation setup

• Personalized demo line and onboarding support

• Trial access for 30 days with no obligation to continue

3.2 Fees & Payment

 $997 non-refundable setup fee to initiate the 30-day trial

 $697/month subscription (auto-renews after trial). It may be canceled any time prior to 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

 Payments processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or equivalent

3.3 No Guarantees

While the Service is designed to improve operational efficiency and client communication, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or lead volume. Performance may vary based on industry, competition, customer response, and business participation.

3.4 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

 Providing accurate and truthful business information

 Complying with all applicable laws and regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CCPA) regarding data privacy, telemarketing, and automated communication

 Notifying us promptly of any issues, changes, or errors that may affect service performance

We are not liable for misuse, negligence, or third-party misconfiguration of tools connected to the AI Receptionist service.

3.5 Cancellation & Termination

 Cancel monthly service anytime via written request to [email protected] 48 hours before the next billing date

 Setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances due to the labor and custom configuration involved

 Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to violate this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations.

3.6 Modifications to This Agreement

We may update these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our operations, technology, or legal obligations. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use constitutes your acceptance of updated terms.

4. SMS Terms of Use and TCPA Compliance

By opting into RevBot AI services, you consent to receive:

 SMS messages

 Emails

You are responsible for securing appropriate consent from your own customers.

5. Disclaimers on AI Performance

RevBot AI uses machine learning and automation technology.
We are not responsible for:

 AI misinterpretations

 Missed or incorrect lead handling

 System interruptions caused by third-party platforms

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevBot AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

 Your use or misuse of the Services

 Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

7. Limitation of Liability

RevBot AI’s total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service disruptions beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain issues, or acts of terrorism.

9. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any disputes must be handled individually.
You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted in Wyoming, USA.

Each party will bear its own legal fees.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Disclaimer

While we target 99.9% uptime, no specific uptime guarantee is offered.

We are not liable for business losses caused by service downtime.

Service credits for disruptions are issued solely at our discretion.

14. Consent to Communications

You agree to receive:

 Automated calls

 Automated SMS text messages

 Service-related emails

 Violate intellectual property rights

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

16. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification
